Main functions of CPEC Unit are enlisted below:
- Works for socio-economic benefit and to uplift the people / farmers of Pakistan
- Collection and preparation of information regarding CPEC documents / protocols and agreements
- Capacity building of Government Officers working in Agriculture Department for better understanding on CPEC related work
- Develop close liaison with public and private sector stakeholders to maximize gains from CPEC opportunities
- Promote investment in agriculture sector and allied industries
- Coordinate with other Federal & Provincial Departments to facilitate in CPEC management issues related to agriculture' production and trade
